Corinne Murray is the heart and soul of Infound CIC as our dedicated founder. With over 15 years of experience in project management, managing front line services, and working with local authorities in the voluntary and private sector, Corinne brings a wealth of expertise to our organisation. In addition, she has obtained Early Years Teacher Status through training in 2023, demonstrating her commitment to meeting the specific needs of the children we serve.
Corinne has also been actively involved in local community development work and serves as a member of the Parent and Community Advisory Forum (PCAF) for Manor Multi Academy Trust. Her involvement in this forum reflects her strong connection to the community and her desire to ensure that the voices of parents and community members are heard.
As the founder, Corinne takes on a range of responsibilities, including overseeing investment, conducting funding research, engaging with the community, managing projects, and delivering services. She is particularly passionate about staying at the forefront of research and investing in cutting-edge technologies that have the potential to transform the lives of young and vulnerable children.
Driven by a crystal clear vision of the future of Infound, Corinne is dedicated to doing everything possible to ensure that our organisation reaches its full potential and provides the best possible support to children and families.
Anne Belfour - Anne's career began in a care home for the elderly in Birmingham. She started at the bottom but quickly progressed through the company, eventually taking on a leadership role where she shaped the business into what it is today. In Spring 2024, Anne made the decision to join Infound CIC, a company dedicated to providing creative and safe short-stay environments for children and families.
As part of her role at Infound, Anne is responsible for ensuring that the organisation is on the right track to achieve its mission. With her extensive experience in senior management, she brings valuable expertise to the team, particularly in the development and delivery of our strong ambitions.
Anne's passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families is what drives her every day. She understands the importance of creating safe and nurturing respite facilities that promote child development and growth. With her leadership and dedication, she is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
Claudine Sterling - Claudine has built an impressive business career spanning over 20 years, where she has gained valuable experience in Business Management. Throughout her career, she has worked with organisations of all sizes and stages, from start-ups (including her own) to operational entities and even mergers.
With a strong focus on business development, marketing, and contract negotiations, Claudine has excelled in her roles. However, she found great joy in expanding her scope and taking on the responsibility of leading all head office operations. This allows her to provide valuable support to the operational colleagues and the families and community that the organisation serves.
Claudine joined Infound in May 2024, and she feels honoured to bring her extensive experience to further support the mission of the company. She is eager to embrace her broad range of responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
Saffron Robinson - With over a decade of experience in social work and supported accommodation, including children's services, children's residential care, and women's refuge, she brings a wealth of expertise to our organisation. As a key member, Saffron, has played a crucial role in our mission to provide safe and nurturing respite facilities for children and their families.
Saffron's diverse background includes working as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in both primary and secondary school settings. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring that child protection remains a top priority within our organisation. Her dedication and commitment to the well-being of children have earned her the qualifications of a SENDCo (Special Needs and Disabilities Coordinator), allowing her to arrange services for children with special needs and disabilities.
Furthermore, Saffron's collaboration with our business development team is instrumental in seeking out the right volunteers and staff members who share our vision and passion for promoting child development and growth. Her strategic approach ensures that we have a dedicated team in place to provide creative and safe short stay environments for children and families.

Pauline Bennett - Pauline, an experienced sports coach with a background in various sports, plays an integral role in our team. Her expertise lies in developing tailored activities for children with specific needs, ensuring they can reach their full potential and achieve their learning goals.
In her role, Pauline provides guidance and support to children, helping them build confidence and overcome any behavioural challenges. She not only coaches children but also plans engaging activities that cater to their interests and abilities. Her approach ensures that every child receives the necessary guidance and attention, leaving no one overlooked.
Pauline is a strong advocate for physical activity, organised play, and sports among our children. She actively promotes these activities within our community and encourages volunteering opportunities. Additionally, she supports families in participating together in sports and physical activities, fostering a sense of togetherness and community involvement.
These inclusive activities that Pauline leads also play a crucial role in breaking down social barriers to physical activity and sports. Through her dedication and expertise, she creates an environment where all children can thrive and overcome any obstacles that may limit their participation.
